The AFC Bolton Under‑16 Girls squad is made up of hardworking players aged 15–16 years, competing in the BBDFL U16 year group. Managed by Lee Gilpin and supported by Assistant Fatima Adam, the team is committed to developing technical ability, tactical understanding, and personal growth, all within a positive, disciplined, and supportive environment that prepares players for the next stage of their football journey.
