Led by Managers Darren Winnard and Ian Haggart, with support from Assistants Josh Dalley and George Haggart, the squad operates with a clear focus on performance, tactical discipline, and continual development. The team maintains a driven, professional environment built on accountability, resilience, and a collective ambition to compete at the highest level and push for sustained success.
