The AFC Bolton Ladies 1st Team competes in the Lancashire Women’s County League, representing the club at a high standard of senior women’s football. Led by Managers Darren Winnard and Ian Haggart, with support from Assistants Jack Barnes, George Haggart & Physio Kane Hallett the squad operates with a clear focus on performance, tactical discipline, and continual development. The team maintains a driven, professional environment built on accountability, resilience, and a collective ambition to compete at the highest level and push for sustained success.
