The AFC Bolton Under‑17 Boys squad is made up of dedicated players aged 16–17 years, competing in the BBDFL U17 year group. Managed by Lee Whiteley and Phil Barrett, the team places strong emphasis on technical development, tactical maturity, and personal responsibility, all within a positive and disciplined environment that supports players as they progress toward the highest levels of youth football.
